Whenever we visit, we find the service to be fantastic, with the staff regularly going above and beyond, always serving customers in a friendly and helpful way. It’s clear to see why the restaurant has so many repeat clients, given the warm welcome and fab food they always get here. 

If you eat in, you’ll be in very stylish surroundings, thanks to a recent renovation. However, if you want to eat at home, what’s great is that Ashtead Charcoal Grill is also available online when ordering via Uber Eats. It means you can securely order and pay online, offering both cash and card payment methods. Perfect for the nights where you just don’t want to cook, but you also want to stay in.

One of the standout options at Ashtead Charcoal Grill is its lamb kebab - which is totally delicious. Using lamb sourced from an organic Welsh farm and using the shoulder cut, the meat is marinated for 24 hours, resulting in it being melt in your mouth yumminess. It’s served with lots of different salads and sauces, so you can modify it to your own tastes. 

Ashtead Charcoal Grill doesn’t just cook kebabs though. You can also pick a delicious burger meal too, along with a number of side orders such as chips, humous, onion rings or mozzarella sticks - among many others. Or, if you’re after something even bigger, the restaurant can even cook you a steak, or some grilled chicken. Absolutely every menu item is delicious, with Ashtead Charcoal Grill also offering outside catering services for both small and large parties. It even has a great kids menu where you can order hamburgers, scampi or nuggets for a great price. 

So, all in all, we think it’s a great option for a low key, delicious meal in Ashtead.
